Slow Flowers

There was a time when the world was inhabited by the gods, in the space that men shared with them, the invisible  mingled with visible matter and in that sacred world, the life of every human being was meaningful. Nature was left free, although the gardener’s hand intervened from time to time to prevent them from turning into impenetrable forests. In the recesses of those untouchable places it happened to meet some simulacra, half hidden in the vegetation and in the ivy where laurel bushes sprouted (…)  There, immersed in nature and in the mystery of the sacred, men remembered their origin, the covenant with the earth was renewed. In those gardens, where the senses was gently destabilized, the gardener did not submit nature to his drawings, leaving space to the invisible and the unexpected, in his free development, nature, just guided by his hand, dialogues with the dwelling.
